For shipments, CBDACASA.ES is not responsible in case of theft in the customer's mailbox, provided that the user has authorized us to leave the package in his mailbox (if the carrier declares the package as "delivered")
If the carrier returns a package for the genuine reason: the recipient does not live at the indicated address, or the address cannot be found, or the package is not picked up at a relay point, the customer will receive a credit note (purchase expenses /excluding shipping paid by CBDACASA.ES to the carrier for shipping and return costs billed by the carrier to CBDACASA.ES) and they must re-order on the site (or by email) and correct their address, the Shipping costs will then be at your expense.

If the user accepts a damaged package, or if the package has been placed directly in the mailbox - at the user's request -, the reply must be made by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the carrier within 2 days after delivery. The user must send us by email (or regular mail) a copy of this letter.
Any items damaged during transportation cannot be exchanged or refunded if reservations have not been notified upon receipt of the package. Be sure to take photos of the damaged package and products and contact us on the contact page to confirm what happened.
